Ashleigh Green
Ashleigh Green was born and raised in the great state of Michigan and is a Midwesterner at heart. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her rescue dogs. They love going on adventures together, from hiking through the mountains of Colorado to trips back home spent on the lake with family. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University. She has been in healthcare leadership for over a decade and believes in a team-based approach.
When not working, you can find her at the gym, in the mountains, or spending time with close family and friends.
Meet Our Director of Nursing
Nicole Harmon
Nicole Harmon is the Director of Nursing at Lafayette Surgery Center. She is a Colorado native who grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. She enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 grown children and her family dog. She enjoys mountain sports including skiing, hiking, and cycling. She completed her bachelor's degree at American University in Washington D.C. in political science and worked as an intern for U.S. Senate and Senate Foreign Relations Committee. She then earned her master’s in information systems at University of Colorado, Boulder and worked as a software development consultant in Sweden and Switzerland. After a challenging medical situation with her family, Nicole changed her career focus to serve her community as a nurse. She earned her nursing degree at Regis University, Summa Cum Laude in 2007. She has been a nurse for 18 years in various specialties including trauma, emergency, and perioperative areas.
